SAN FRANCISCO RENOVATION
This renovation project shows how a home can be completely transformed without resorting to anything flashy or over-the-top. By reconfiguring the interiors, the team created a space that feels elegant, functional, and genuinely comfortable for everyday living.
What makes the story especially compelling is the way the design blends the familiar charm of traditional San Francisco architecture with the clean simplicity of modern design, giving the home a sense of both history and freshness. The result is a warm, cohesive, light-filled retreat that replaces the home’s former coldness with spaces that feel inviting, connected, and truly made for the family who lives there.
The new kitchen is layered in oak, stone, and brass, blending refined craftsmanship with relaxed modern living.
Soft curves, warm neutrals, and artful furnishings bring depth and quiet character to the living room..
A refined dining space where bold forms and rich wood finishes take center stage
The primary bedroom is grounded in soft blush tones and warm, tactile textures.
Veined marble and warm metal finishes lend a refined, spa-like quality to the bath
The media room is wrapped in deep, moody tones and layered textures for an intimate, immersive feel
The rear garden remodel was inspired by contemporary urban garden design as well as Scandinavian and Japanese minimalism. . The large glass doors at the home gym structure echo mid-century modern principles of blurring the boundary between inside and outside.
