CLUB HOUSE PROJECT - Lafayette, California

The Entry and Living spaces flow together, defined by two statement rugs: a sculptural Atelier Fevrier piece from The Future Perfect and an oversized leaf motif by Erik Lundstrom. An Alinea Angelo Rosso Lepanto marble pedestal table from Garde anchors the entry, topped with Collection Particulière’s Calacatta Viola marble vessels. Burgundy accents repeat in the kitchen and bar’s cabinetry, while upholstery and drapery fabrics in acid, gold, teal, and verde unify the palette across both spaces. In the living space, the fireplace is flanked by two vintage Danish Viggo Boesson rattan lounge chairs and shelves filled with Italian paper clay sculptures from Paola Paronetto, sourced through Artemest. The result is a strong yet effortless dialogue between European refinement and Palm Springs cool.

The Back Bar is anchored by a custom Amuneal brass hanging shelf system, framed by cabinetry in Benjamin Moore’s high gloss Cascabel Chile, the same color used on the kitchen cabinets. Behind it, a vibrant Pierre Frey mural wallcovering sets the stage, accented with deep blue Murano and green Argentinian glassware from Found by Maya. In front of the bar, four swivel lounge chairs in a bold blue face the golf simulator, resting on a Rug Company custom rug, while sculptural Italian Usona green resin light fixtures curve overhead. Each element makes a statement on its own, but together the effect is nothing short of striking.
