CLUB HOUSE - Lafayette, California
The Club House is a polished, exuberant space layered with color, pattern, and texture. In the living room, a custom curved sofa in painterly green stripes anchors the seating area atop an oversized leaf-patterned rug, while floor-to-ceiling draperies in lush botanical prints enliven the space. Fabrics and wallcoverings from Pierre Frey appear throughout, earning the project the nickname: “the house that Pierre Frey built.” Outdoors, the energy shifts to a sun-soaked, resort-like vibe, with sleek white pool chaises floating half in water, half in air. Furnishings sourced from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Mexico, and Portugal give the interiors a curated European sensibility, while the outdoor spaces feel luxurious yet leisure-filled, creating a stylish, playful, and unapologetically fun environment.
