ATELIER OF DREAMS
Step into your personal atelier where haute couture dreams take flight. In a nod to the designer's journey in fashion, this space stands as a testament to creativity and craftsmanship. A custom ‘ceiling’ of interwoven rope and miniature lights evokes a ‘head in the sky’ ambiance, setting the stage for limitless inspiration. A generous travertine cutting table anchors the room, while the elegant palette of grey, silver, and white creates a blank canvas to welcome an array of color and texture. Sculptural chairs and the sleek worktable invite visionary sketches, innovative thought, and collaboration. The mural on the wall is composed of drawings and inspiration from the designer’s own sketchbook — projected onto the wall and brought to life as a mural by Caroline Lizzaraga. It reflects a lifetime of travel and a fascination with mythology, history, and architecture.
L’EAU DE MUSE
The en-suite bathroom for Atelier of Dreams is inspired by the dramatic flair often associated with haute couture. The bathroom features a striking, tapestry-like 'mural' crafted from slabs of marble and travertine. The floor, mimicking a knitted sweater's weave, is created with a custom mosaic of marble, ceramic, and porcelain tiles. Completing the space, a bespoke marble sink is paired with a ceiling-mounted ‘raindrop’ faucet and minimalist lighting.

ABOUT THE SAN FRANCISCO DECORATOR SHOWCASE
The story of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase began in 1977, when Nan Rosenblatt, a former San Francisco University High School parent and an accomplished interior designer, and Philip Fernandez, the first president of the school’s Parents Association, conceived the first Showcase to raise funds for the University’s financial aid program. In its first year, the Showcase raised $26,000 – since then, it has raised over $19 million to benefit the program.
This year’s event will be held at 2935 Pacific Avenue in Pacific Heights. The elegant 9,400 sq. ft. home features a stunning 2,150 sq. ft. rooftop deck with breathtaking city and bay views. The home will be open to the public from April 26 through May 26, 2025. Tickets may be purchased here, with all proceeds benefitting the San Francisco University High School’s financial aid program.
