A custom media wall with fluted wood detailing and custom backlighting brings warmth and texture to the space.

A light-filled upper landing connects private spaces while maintaining a strong material continuity.

The upper landing is framed by full-height glass and warm wood, allowing light to flow through. The primary bedroom layers soft neutrals, built-in shelving, and natural light to create a calm, private retreat.

Warm wood cabinetry and marble define the primary bathroom’s clean, spa-like design.

A light-filled pool house designed for indoor–outdoor living, featuring a restrained palette of stone, wood, and glass.

Layered architectural forms and expansive glass windows establish a seamless indoor–outdoor connection throughout the home.

ABOUT ARCANUM ARCHITECTURE

Whether a building is commercial or residential, Arcanum believes it should complement the neighborhood or region. We visit each potential building site and research each community to discover its unique qualities and characteristics. This knowledge, combined with the use of natural materials and unique colors, produces a highly desirable space. Arcanum’s architecture is a creative blend of our clients' personalities and the community's unique character.

Arcanum is not a reflection of a single design philosophy; it is a design studio that relies on the collaboration between designer and client.  Dedication to service and to quality of design has set Arcanum above the competition. The result has produced successful, long-term relationships with our clients. We pride ourselves on the fact that, since our firm was established in 1996, most of our business has come from repeat clients and referrals.
